Moon Priestess Tisane - PMS & Balanced Moon Cycle
The Moon Priestess Tisane contains warming & other grounding herbs that are toning and soothing for your womb and hormonal cycle as well as deeply nourishing, providing the minerals needed during our Luteal Phase (7-10 days leading up to your period). It includes Chasteberry "the womens herb" which is reknown for its ability to ease menstrual cramps and pms symptoms. It also contains herbs chosen for the ability to nourish and promote the sacred feminine and a self-caring relationship with ourselves so that we can embrace the Luteal Phase / Waning Moon phase of our Moon (menstrual) Cycle and allow our deep intuition and inner wisdom to flow.
The Moon Priestess Tisane is to be taken daily during the Luteal Phase (the 7-10 days before your period and after ovulation). It is recommened to use in conjunction with the Moon Cycle Herbal Ritual Program.
Pour 1 teaspoon of herbal blend into 8oz of boiling water. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain, serve and sweeten with your favorite sweetener (extra glucose is recommended during your Luteal Phase).
For a more potent blend, grind in a mortar & pestle, molcajete or grinder to create more surface area in berries barks and roots.
